Complaint or Incorrect Shipment

In the event of a complaint or incorrect delivery, please ALWAYS contact us.

In the event of a defect, please send us a photo of the defect by email to and we will get back to you.


Returns and Refunds

If you don't like an item, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days. Please note that opened puzzles or goods with signs of use cannot be exchanged.


1. Fill in the return delivery note (you will find this on your invoice). If you can no longer find your invoice, you can print out and fill in a new return delivery note here.

2. Request a free return label (within Germany only). The label does not necessarily have to be printed out, it is sufficient to scan the QR code on your cell phone in the DHL-store.

3. Pack the return and return delivery note well, hand it in at a DHL-branch and keep the receipt.

4. We will refund your money as soon as we receive the shipment.



If you would like to exchange an item, please return it as described above and order the desired item in the online store. We will refund you the money for the returned item.


Used goods or an opened puzzle cannot be taken back. Any item with signs of use is considered used. Any puzzle with opened packaging is considered opened. . 

If you do not use the returns label to return the goods or if you wish to return goods from outside Germany, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods yourself. Then please also be sure to send the return delivery note with it. You will find it on the invoice or you can print out and fill in a new return delivery note here.

Please do not return any goods to us freight collect. We will deduct the costs of a freight collect shipment from the refund amount.
