As part of our competitions, we process the following personal data:
- Name or pseudonym (mandatory)
- Instagram handle (optional)
- Age (optional)
- Nationality (optional)
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting and publishing competition results (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – Consent). Providing an Instagram handle, age, and nationality is optional.
4. Data Storage and Publication
- The provided data will be permanently published on our website via an embedded Google Sheets document.
- Participants may use a pseudonym to protect their identity.
5. Right to Withdrawal, Correction, and Deletion
Participants have the right to:
- Request correction of their data (Article 16 GDPR).
- Withdraw their consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR).
- Request deletion of their data (Article 17 GDPR).
- Receive a copy of their stored data (Article 15 GDPR).

Data will not be shared with third parties except for publication via Google Sheets. Google may process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy (Google Ireland Limited, Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy).
