We welcome you to participate in our live online speed puzzling event – the Euro Jigsaw Jam! Join in the exciting and competitive atmosphere of assembling an unknown puzzle, while racing against other speed puzzlers from around Europe!
Category: Pairs - UNEVEN
A team of 2 persons only will attempt to solve this puzzle together within the time limit. UNEVEN pairs is for those with a wide difference in abilities e.g. one speed puzzler together with one casual / slow puzzler or child.
The puzzle has defined sections and the speed puzzler will solve the harder sections with more pieces. The puzzlers are not able to help each other until one person has finished their section. The finished puzzle is 600 pieces and is the same size as a regular 1000 piece puzzle. It is a child-friendly image.
Time limit: 2 hours
If the puzzle is not finished within 2 hours, the remaining pieces will be counted to determine the ranking. All results will be published on our website, forming a rankings database.

The mystery puzzle will be sent to the participants ahead of time and packaged in a way that the box is not visible.
Language: English
The virtual meeting will be conducted in the English language.
System: Google Meet
We use Google Meet for the competition. You don't need to install anything, it works in any browser. You'll receive the link a few days prior.

We are in a time zone with Brussels. Please adjust your start time accordingly if you live in a different time zone.
We use 500 piece puzzles from a European brand or brand available in Europe. This includes Ravensburger, however there are so many great local brands suitable for speed puzzling, that we will use a variety in our competitions.
The package should not be opened until you are sitting at your computer at the appointed date and time, and given the instruction to unwrap from the host. The anticipation and surprise is part of the experience!
Everyone will do their best to solve the puzzle as quickly as possible. There will be prizes for the three fastest puzzlers at each virtual competition.
The results will be published on our website, creating a database of results and rankings. You decide for yourself with what name you want to appear there. The competition will be recorded and can be viewed online. If you participate, you agree to the publication.
